Any monies paid will be fully refundable on a pro-rata basis (days used/total expected trip) should the vessel be unable to complete the charter for any reason. No other liability will be accepted.

Should a member of the crew wish to pull out, then a pro-rata refund will be paid, but only from the time an acceptable replacement is found to continue the trip. 		Global Surveyor
